CareSource Foundation
The CareSource Foundation devotes resources toward non-profit organizations who are improving the lives of the underserved in Ohio and Michigan. The Foundation provides grants to health and human service entities for focused, innovative and impact-based programs that improve the quality of health care and delivery services. In addition, the Foundation coordinates opportunities for community outreach, medical expertise, strategic community partnerships and volunteerism.
