Aged, Blind or Disabled
Those individuals, and/or members of their family, eligible for Ohio Medicaid, may receive health care benefits through the Aged, Blind, or Disabled (ABD) program.
ABD Medicaid consumers include adults age 65 and older and Ohioans who are blind or disabled at any age.
