Pamela Morris has 30 years of executive-level experience in managed health care and the public sector. Pamela Morris pioneered Ohio's first mandatory Medicaid managed care program when she launched CareSource in 1989. With 660,000 members in Ohio and Michigan generating $2 billion in revenue, CareSource is the 4th largest Medicaid managed care plan in the nation. In addition to being a 2007 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year®, HealthLeaders Media named Morris and her executive team the Top Leadership Team in Healthcare for health plans in 2008. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Dayton Power and Light Company (NYSE:DPL). Morris earned a B.A. from West Virginia University.

Bobby Jones, Chief Operating Officer
With more than 30 years experience in both Medicaid and Medicare, Bobby Jones has been a strong proponent for public sector health care at both the state and federal levels. He has a proven track record for driving operational efficiencies, with an extensive executive leadership background in health plan operations for national managed care organizations. At CareSource, Jones oversees all day-to-day operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Economics from Wayne State University and a master's degree in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Craig Thiele, M.D., Chief Medical Officer

Craig Thiele, M.D., Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Craig Thiele brings more than 16 years of clinical leadership experience with a strong background in case and disease management. He oversees clinical and quality initiatives at CareSource and manages medical policy, clinical care guidelines, utilization parameters, and quality assurance for its health plans. He coordinates medical oversight and acts as principal advisor to our clients' health plans and clinical programs. His background includes senior director of clinical affairs, national medical executive experience, internal medicine specialty and prior medical director experience. Dr. Thiele received his clinical training at the Wright State University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine.

Janet Grant, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Regulatory Affairs

Janet Grant, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Regulatory Affairs
Janet Grant has more than 25 years of leadership experience across the health care spectrum including managed care, hospital administration and geriatric services.  At CareSource, she is responsible for the development of business growth strategies and new products, in addition to regulatory and government affairs and corporate compliance, serving as the Corporate Compliance Officer.  Grant holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Moorhead State University in Minnesota and an MBA from Wright State University.
