ABD Medicaid consumers include adults age 65 and older and Ohioans who are blind or disabled at any age.

East Central Region

Ashland, Carroll, Holmes, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties

Northeast Central Region

Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties

Northwest Region
