Covered Families and Children

Those individuals, and/or members of their family, eligible for Ohio Medicaid, may receive health care benefits through the Covered Families and Children (CFC) program (including Healthy Start and Healthy Families).

CFC Medicaid consumers include families, children up to age 19, and pregnant women.

As a member of CareSource you will still be able to get all medically-necessary Medicaid-covered services as well as the Additional Services that CareSource offers.

CareSource provides all required Medicaid services, plus more. We serve CFC Medicaid members in the following counties:

Central Region

Crawford, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Hocking, Knox, Licking, Logan, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Perry, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Union counties

East Central Region

Ashland, Carroll, Homes, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties

Northeast Region

Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain and Medina counties

Northeast Central Region

Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties

Southeast Region

Athens, Belmont, Coshocton, Gallia, Guernsey, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Vinton and Washington counties
