- Ask about your benefits
- Ask for a new ID card, member handbook, provider directory or other materials
- Ask about covered services and benefits
- Tell us your new address and phone number if you move
- Tell us if the size of your family changes

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed on holidays. If you call after hours, your call will be sent to a voice mailbox.
