Do you need a ride to the doctor? CareSource Advantage® (HMO SNP) can help. We will pay a driver to take you there and bring you back. You can get a ride to any doctor visit or health care appointment up to 30 round trips per calendar year. Remember, if you have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.
