Aged, Blind or Disabled
If you want to join CareSource, you must call Ohio Enrollment Selection Services Center. They will ask you questions. They will check to see if you are eligible to join CareSource. They will let you know if CareSource is available in your area. Just call 1-800-605-3040 (TTY 1-800-292-3572 or 711) and someone will be able to help you.
