Children's Buy-In
If you want to enroll your child in the Children's Buy-In Program so they can become a CareSource member, you must first complete the application process through a secured website.
Parents or legal guardians may complete an application for their children as long as they live in the same household. You will be required to have an active e-mail account to complete the application process.
If your child is enrolled in the CBI program, you will be required to pay a monthly insurance premium. The amount of your premium depends on the size of your family and your household income. Once your child is found eligible, a billing statement and coinsurances are also required for each child.
