CareSource Welcomes New Board Members

DAYTON, Ohio, April 29, 2011 – CareSource, a managed care company, welcomes three new board members, Craig Brown, Jocelyn Guyer and Terry Rapoch, to the CareSource Board of Trustees and the CareSource Management Group Board of Directors.

Craig Brown joins the CareSource Ohio Board of Trustees. Brown is the retired Chief Financial Officer from Standard Register. He is currently serving on several non-profit boards including the Dayton Foundation, YMCA of Dayton, Dayton Ballet and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Craig earned a Masters of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Jocelyn Guyer and Terry Rapoch join the CareSource Management Group Board of Directors.

Guyer is the Co-Executive Director at Georgetown University’s Center for Children and Families (CCF) and a senior researcher at Georgetown University Health Policy Institute where she has worked extensively on child and family health issues. She holds a Master of Public Affairs in economics and public policy from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Brown University.

Terry Rapoch is President of daytaOhio, a not for profit corporation that attracts research, development and commercialization opportunities to Ohio to aid in business growth and the creation of new high wage, high tech jobs in the Dayton region and the state. Rapoch earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and mathematics from Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada.
