National Provider Identifier (NPI) notice
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that all providers obtain the National Provider Identifier (NPI). More information and education on the NPI can be found at the on the CMS website. Providers can apply for an NPI online at nppes.cms.hhs.gov.
