CareSource members also receive many additional benefits. These include a Member Service Center, 24-hour nurse advice line, and transportation to medical appointments. Our Additional Services provides more information.
Integral to CareSource are its Primary Care Providers (PCPs) who oversee and coordinate care of its members.
CareSource members should not be billed for any medically necessary covered services, and they are not responsible for any co-payments. Our Member Billing Policy can provide additional information. Access Standards help ensure CareSource members receive medical attention as timely as needed for their condition.
