Don’t Risk Losing Your CareSource Health Care
To stay a CareSource member, you need to renew your Medicaid benefits every year. This is don’t through the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) office. If you don’t renew, you could lose your Medicaid health care.
Note: Please make sure that DFCS has your current address and phone number.
Renew Your Coverage in One of These Ways
- Online: Georgia Gateway
- Call: 1-877-423-4746. The are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Mail: Fill out the form and mail it back right away to DFCS. Find your local county office here.
- In Person: Visit your local county DFCS office. Find your local county office here.
Please have member’s social security numbers and addresses ready when you contact DFCS.

Call your local DFCS office if you have questions. You have to renew using one of the options above. It must be handled by your local DFCS office.
