If you are not satisfied with the decision of your internal appeal you may file an external review and/or a state fair hearing. You must file your external review request in writing within 120 calendar days from the date of the internal appeal letter. You must file your state fair hearing and within 120 calendar days from the date of your internal appeal letter.
