CareSource knows there is more to health and well-being than just health care. That is why we give extra rewards. Below is a list of extra rewards offered by CareSource. Visit HHW Benefits or HIP Benefits at www.caresource.com/IN for more details.
CareSource rewards you and your family for taking an active role in being healthy. Earn rewards for participating in the Babies First®, Kids First, and MyHealth Rewards programs.
Babies First®
As an expecting or new mom, you and your baby can earn up to $240 in rewards through the Babies First program. You should see your doctor regularly while you are pregnant. See your doctor for a follow-up exam after your baby is born. It’s also important to make sure your child goes to all their well-child visits with the doctor.
Please Note: CareSource wants to make sure you have what you need for each new baby in your family. Please sign up for the Babies First program every time you are pregnant. It’s easy to do. Just fill out the Babies First Registration Form found on My CareSource® or call CareSource Member Services. Below is a list of ways you and your baby can earn rewards.

Once CareSource gets notice from your health care provider that you and your baby have done an activity, we will add your reward to your Babies First account. After signing up for the program, watch your mail for information on how to use your rewards. You can use your rewards card to purchase approved items through the retailers in the OTC Network. A list of approved retailers is available on the rewards portal.
Pregnant members age 18 years and older can also join the MyHealth Rewards program. Pregnant members age 17 years and under can also join the Kids First Rewards program. For additional Kids First and MyHealth program information see below or visit My CareSource®.
Kids First
As a parent, you want your child to be as healthy and active as possible. The Kids First program lets your child ages 16 months through 17 years earn rewards for healthy lifestyle activities. Each child can earn up to $50 by completing healthy activities. These include an annual physical, various vaccines and routine dental exams. The rewards vary depending on your child’s health and wellness needs. You can register your child for this program by filling out the Kids First registration form on My CareSource® or calling Member Services. Each child must be enrolled to earn rewards.

MyHealth Rewards for Adults
Take charge of your health with our online wellness program, MyHealth. MyHealth is available to all adult members at no extra cost. Through the MyHealth program members can earn rewards by completing healthy activities.
HHW Members:
- Earn up to $50 maximum in rewards each year. Your $50 could be a combination of:
- Up to $50 in Wellness and Preventive Rewards
- Up to $30 in Chronic Disease Management Rewards
- Up to $20 in Tobacco Cessation and Substance Use Rewards
HIP Members
- Earn up to $300 maximum in rewards each year. Your $300 could be a combination of:
- Up to $50 in Wellness and Preventive Rewards
- Up to $200 in Chronic Disease Management Rewards
- Up to $200 in Tobacco Cessation and up to $100 for Substance Use Reward

Also, through the MyHealth program both HIP and HHW members have access to personal health tools called Journeys®. The tools help you to track exercise goals and better understand the health and wellness topics that matter most to you.
As a CareSource member, you are automatically signed up for this program. You do not need to sign up. You can get to MyHealth and keep track of your reward points from the Health tab on the CareSource Member Portal.

Once CareSource gets notice from your provider that you have done an activity, we will add your reward to your MyHealth account. You can access MyHealth and keep track of your reward points from the Health tab on the CareSource Member Portal. Through your MyHealth account you can also use your rewards for gift cards from one of many retailers.
Health Needs Screening (HNS)
Complete your Health Needs Screening. You can earn a $30 Walmart® gift card*. It’s easy to do! Members can take the HNS in one of these ways:
- Phone: Quickest and easiest way. Call 1-833-230-2011 to complete the health survey over the phone. A CareSource representative will help you Monday – Friday between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Online: Log in to My CareSource®.
- Click on the Health tab in the top navigation bar
- Scroll to the Assessment section
- Click on the Indiana Heath Needs Screening start button to answer the questions
- Mail: Complete the printed copy of the HNS in your new member packet. Return it in the enclosed self-addressed postage paid envelope.
- Go to a Pursuant Health kiosk. Kiosks are located in Indiana Walmart pharmacies. Watch your mail for instructions on how to complete the HNS. To find the nearest kiosk location, visit https://my.pursuanthealth.com/locations.
*You must complete the HNS within your first 90 days with CareSource to get the reward.
