Diane Kenny

Diane is a Seattle native, graduating from the same high school as her parents - West Seattle. She spent 7 years at the University of Washington, graduating with a BA in Political Science and a JD in Law. She practiced law in both the public and private sectors, joining Dennis in 1989 in founding Caresource. Serving on the boards and committees of Horizon House, ElderHealth Northwest and Plymouth Church have kept Diane busy, and she is anxiously awaiting Spring and the chance to use her gift certificates for golf lessons and a new putter!

Aaron Howard

Senior Web Designer (9 years at IlluminAge)

Aaron Howard

Aaron was born and raised in the big town of White Bird, ID, population 150. But in the eighth grade Aaron moved to the big city of Valdez, AK, population 2000. There were 42 graduates in Aaron’s high school class. So coming to Seattle, population 560,000, in 1994 was a big deal for Aaron! He graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with his degree in graphic design. And IlluminAge was fortunate to grab him immediately upon graduation!

Aaron has the patience and focus to field all manner of web client inquiries - and he never gets rattled or upset!

One year ago Aaron’s dream came true when he married Kelly — a St. Paul, MN native. And he is amazed to find himself sitting in front of the radio listening to Prairie Home Companion — and even enjoying it! Aaron and Kelly traveled to Croatia in April 2006, and look forward to more exotic journeys before really settling down.

Connie Parsons

Director of Marketing/Customer Relations (5 years at IlluminAge)

Connie Parsons

Connie is an Idaho native, born and raised in White Bird. In 1994 she headed west to attend Seattle Central Community College, transferring to the University of Washington business program, graduating with a BA in Business Administration. While attending the UW, Connie participated in the Business and Economic Development Program, focusing on the marketing needs of small businesses in the Seattle area. Upon graduation, she joined the Caresource team. Connie enjoys her membership in the Young Professionals Network, Seattle Chamber of Commerce, and serves on its Creative Council.

Among Connie’s many strengths is her commitment to finding solutions that meet our client’s objectives and staying with our clients until the project is complete.

You might want to think twice about challenging Connie physically! She supplements her 2 years of Kung Fu training by walking to work at least three times per week — round-trip 6 miles! She expresses her softer side by carefully nurturing her emerging orchid collection — and is especially proud of her phalaenopsis which has been blooming continuously for over a year! We don’t know how it happened, but Connie ended up with the best view in the house.

Jessica’s expertise extends to reality television, with a particular fondness for The Amazing Race. And that love of travel is real in her own life - she and her boyfriend of 8 years, Todd, have traveled to some pretty amazing desinations, including Peru, Grenadine Islands, and the Dutch Antilles.
