How to access the VPN once enrolled in Okta Verify:
- Click Cisco AnyConnect Secure VPN Client on your computer (same step as before)
- Enter username and password (same step as before)
- Type the word “push” in the Second Password field to generate an approval push notification.
- Click Ok
- Tap “Yes, it’s Me” on your Okta Verify-enrolled smartphone.
What if I have not enrolled in Okta Verify yet?
You will not be able to access the VPN if you haven’t enrolled in Okta Verify. Please contact the IT Service Desk @ 937-531-2950 or 877-683-8813 for assistance in accessing the network. Be aware that you may experience long wait times.
