Safe Sleep
Remember the ABC’s of safe sleep.
- A Sleeping in the same bed with parents, caregivers or other children is not recommended.
- B Put your baby on their back to sleep.
- C Babies should sleep in a crib or bassinet covered only with a fitted sheet. Do not have bumper pads, pillows, toys or extra blankets. Anything other than the fitted sheet can block your baby from breathing
