If you are a caregiver, you know it can be hard. We want to make it easier with these tools and resources.

Find Resources: Our MyResources search tool helps you find no- or low-cost programs and support.

Find a Doctor: Use the Find a Doctor tool (Florida | Georgia) to find doctors, hospitals and other network providers.

Personal Medication List: Use the Navigate personal medication list to keep a record of medications. Share this list with doctors and other providers.

AARP: Non-profit organization that empowers people over 50 (and their caregivers) to choose how they live as they age through programs, advocacy, and education.

Aging Care: Education for those who care for aging adults. They also have an active online community for caregivers.

Caregiver Action Network: Education, resources and support for those who care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, disease or old age.

Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA): Supports caregivers through research, advocacy and services.

Family Voices: Has information on health care policies related to children with special needs.

Grandfamilies: Has information on laws and policies for grandparents raising grandchildren.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): Helps people living with mental illness, their families and the community.

National Federation of Families: Advocates for families who have children with emotional, behavioral, mental health and substance use issues.

National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH): NIMH offers expert-reviewed information on mental disorders, a range of related topics, and the latest mental health research.
