Our Quality Improvement (QI) Program is designed to ensure the organization delivers on all aspects of care delivery for beneficiaries based on their unique needs.
We monitor, analyze and identify opportunities for improvement across the comprehensive span of health care continuum using standardized metrics such as:
- Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS)
- Customer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS)
- Provider satisfaction survey results
- Over and underutilization patterns and trends
