Information for Telehealth Providers
Offering telehealth options can improve access, enhance patient convenience, and support efficient clinical workflows. Our telehealth program provides guidance to providers that intend to deliver certain services through secure audio-video technology in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Participating clinicians can offer virtual visits for eligible conditions, document services as usual, and bill using established telehealth codes. Additional guidance, billing instructions and an overview of program participation requirements can be found in the TRICARE Telehealth booklet.
