Joining the CareSource Florida Network

Already Contracted with Us?
Thank you for your interest in joining CareSource Florida! We are in the process of contracting a provider network in Florida. We appreciate your commitment to being a part of the CareSource Florida network during this development period. If you have already submitted a contract, no further action on your part is required.
Upon CareSource Florida receiving a contract from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), we will start the process of your application and credentialing your practice using guidelines from the state and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Once the credentialing process is completed and your practice is loaded into our internal systems, you will receive a welcome packet that includes a Welcome Letter with your CareSource ID number and a fully executed copy of your provider participation agreement. You will then be viewable in our online Find a Doctor provider director. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us!
