CareSource24® Nurse Advice Line

CareSource24 Nurse Advice Line is open 24/7, 365 days a year, along with observed holidays. The number is on the back of your ID card. To get the fastest help, have your ID number handy when you call.

  • Learn about a health problem.
  • Decide when to go to your doctor, urgent care, or ER.
  • Find out more about your medications.
  • Find out about health tests or surgery.
  • Learn about healthy eating.
  • If you have a mental health or behavioral crisis and need help.

Report Fraud, Waste & Abuse

CareSource has a program for handling cases of health care fraud, waste and abuse. We  follow and take action on any issue sent to us. See our Fraud, Waste & Abuse page.

Office of the Ombudsman

If you feel we have not fixed a problem, yell our Navigate Office of the Ombudsman. This involves:

  • Making sure you get a fair answer to any issues.
  • Helping you find covered care in the CareSource network.
  • Finding doctors who give care not covered under your CareSource plan.
