We want you to be ready to renew!

We love that you are a member of CareSource! Medicaid eligibility reviews happen each year. Some people need to renew their Medicaid coverage annually so that they can keep their health coverage. CareSource cannot renew for you. You need to renew through the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS).

If you need to renew, you will get a letter or packet in the mail from DCFS about your Medicaid eligibility. Make sure they have your updated contact information so that you can get this mail on time. Respond to any mail you get from DCFS as soon as you can.

Renew in one of these ways:

• ONLINE:Georgia Gateway
• PHONE: Call 1-877-423-4746. They are open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
• BY MAIL:Fill out the form and mail it back right away to DFCS.
• IN PERSON:Visit your local county DFCS We can give you a ride to the office if you need it.
