The more familiar your PCM is with you and your medical history, the better your PCM will be able to treat you. You can see any in-network PCM or provider. Find a PCM through our Find a Doctor tool (Florida | Georgia). You can change to any PCM in our network as often as needed.
Telehealth
There is no extra cost to use telehealth and you don’t need to go to an office for a visit. You can see medical and mental health providers via telehealth for many illnesses and injuries, common health conditions, follow-up appointments and screenings as well as for prescribing medication(s). Convenience Care Clinics
Convenience care clinics offer an easy option when you need care for minor injuries or illness. Visit clinics inside select drug and grocery stores for care. Most clinics are open in evenings and on weekends, and most take walk-ins.
You can find convenience care clinics through our Find a Doctor tool (Florida | Georgia).
Urgent Care
Consider going to an urgent care when you need more care than your PCM or a convenience care clinic can provide. Find the nearest urgent care through our Find a Doctor tool (Florida | Georgia).
Hospital Emergency Room
A hospital emergency room (ER) visit is for true emergencies. If your issue is not a true emergency, you may have to wait a long time to be treated, and your claim may not be covered. CSMV beneficiaries can only get care at a military hospital or clinic in an emergency. A copay may apply depending on your sponsor status and group.
