No matter which plan you choose, get more of what you need. The Healthy Benefits+ debit card provides all members up to $240 per month to purchase the following qualifying items, services and accessories at eligible locations. Unused amounts will roll over month-to-month and expire at the end of the year.

- Flex Allowance Dental, Vision and Hearing services and accessories (Not limited to Network Providers)
Additionally, those with one or more qualifying conditions may use the allowance for additional items and services, such as:
