You have fitness benefits through the Silver&Fit^® Exercise & Healthy Aging program.

Choose from participating fitness centers and select YMCAs, at no additional cost to you! You’ll receive an orientation at the fitness center to learn more about the fitness options available at that location. See a list of participating fitness centers by visiting Silver&Fit.

You can also stay fit in your own home! Request one home fitness kit per year to use at home. Some kits even include a Fitbit^® or Garmin^® Wearable Fitness Tracker at no additional cost to you. Silver&Fit.com also offers other tools to support your fitness goals.
