You get a $4,000 annual allowance for preventive services like oral exams and cleanings plus services like fillings, root canals, dentures and dental implants. Plus, you earn rewards when you complete your dental exam.

Vision

Routine eye exams including dilation, is covered each year with a $0 copay. You also get a $500 enhanced annual allowance for eyeglasses or contact lenses.

Hearing

Your annual hearing tests and exams are covered each year with a $0 copay. You can get two TruHearing Advanced Hearing model hearing aids every three years. This is one per ear per year every three years. Rechargeable options are available.
