The Open Enrollment Period for Marketplace health plans is November 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, so now is the time to select our $0 Diabetes Care Plan or another CareSource plan of your choice.
- Enroll by December 15, 2026, for coverage to start January 1, 2027.
- If you wait until after December 15 to enroll, the coverage you select will not become effective until February 1. If you are auto enrolled, you will have your current or pre-selected coverage for the month of January.
- Enroll by January 15 for coverage to start February 1.
