Marketplace Plans
On-Exchange Plans
These are the only plans that qualify for financial subsidies like Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) and Cost Sharing Reductions (CSRs) to lower your costs for care. On-exchange plans are available directly through the Enroll.CareSource.com enrollment portal. You can also work with web brokers or go through the Exchange. (In Nevada, go to NevadaHealthLink.com).
Off-Exchange Plans
While these plans are not eligible for financial subsidies (APTC and CSRs), they do afford the same protections as our on-exchange plans, covering the same Essential Health Benefits (EHBs), preventive services, and pre-existing conditions. They may offer premium savings compared to on-exchange options. You can enroll in an off-exchange plan directly through our Enroll.CareSource.com enrollment portal, through web brokers, or through our network of sales agents and brokers.
