Update Practice Information

Keeping your provider information up to date is crucial for timely claims processing and enhancing patient experiences. Accurate data improves patient access, allowing them to easily find and connect with you, which leads to better care coordination and satisfaction.

Additionally, updated directories help members make informed choices, fostering trust in your practice. By maintaining current information, you also reduce unnecessary calls to your office, allowing your team to focus more on delivering exceptional care.

Update Your Information

Health Partners are required to submit demographic changes via GA Medicaid Management Information System (GAMMIS) at www.mmis.georgia.gov. The GAMMIS portal allows registered providers and authorized billing agent Web users the ability to update demographic information via the ‘Demographic Maintenance’ sub-menu.

Delegated Agreement

If you are a part of a health system that has a delegated credentialing arrangement with CareSource, you should continue to submit demographic changes as you currently do through roster submissions to CareSource.

We ask that delegated providers add addresses through their delegated roster. We need to confirm delegated providers are active with the TIN they’re requesting to be loaded on the 7400. If necessary, you may terminate providers from your delegated roster.

Delegated providers and addresses do not need to be listed on the 7400. Providers may not be terminated from the 7400.
