Anthony Principi

Anthony J. Principi
Chairman

Mr. Principi is the President of Principi Group LLC. Mr. Principi is the former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, he directed the federal government’s second largest department, responsible for a nationwide system of health care services, benefits programs and national cemeteries for America’s veterans and dependents. Mr. Principi has held several executive level positions in the federal government throughout his career.

Edward Brodmerkel

Mr. Brodmerkel is the President and CEO of KMA Holdings, LLC and CEO of Wave Health Technologies, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for the United States Naval Academy. Mr. Brodmerkel has executive experience with large healthcare corporations including Chief Operating Officer at United Healthcare’s Medicare programs, President of Medicare programs of Coventry Health Care and EVP & Chief Strategy Officer of Matrix Medical Network.

Craig Brown

Craig J. Brown

Mr. Brown is the retired Chief Financial Officer for Standard Register. He has served on numerous Board of Directors including the Dayton Foundation, the YMCA of Greater Dayton, CityWide Development, Dayton New Market Tax Credit Fund, and Dayton Performing Arts Alliance.

Thomas (Chet) Edwards

Thomas “Chet” Edwards

Mr. Edwards represented Central Texas in the U.S House of Representatives from 1991 – 2010. He served as a member of both the House Budget and Appropriations Committees and was respected on a bipartisan basis for being a champion of military families and veterans. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Edwards served in the Texas Senate. Currently, he is a partner in Edwards, Davis, Stover & Associates; holds the W.R. Poage Distinguished Chair in Public Service at Baylor University and serves on the Board of the Military Child Education Coalition.

Tom Kelly

Thomas L. Kelly

Mr. Kelly has extensive executive experience in the healthcare industry, including having served as the CEO of HealthSmart; Head of Medicaid at Aetna; President and CEO of Schaller Anderson; as well as EVP and CFO of Davita, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Foundation for Senior Living, FOCoS Innovations, VIVIO Health, Covenant Health, Welvie LLC, and Life365 Inc.

David Miller

David T. Miller

Mr. Miller is the President and CEO of DTM Advisors. Prior to joining DTM Advisors, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Dayton Children’s Hospital. Mr. Miller has served on the Board of Directors for several entities including the Dayton Foundation, Association of Ohio Children’s Hospitals, and Pascal International Academy of Tunis LLC. Mr. Miller is a lifetime resident of Dayton.

Erhardt Preitauer

Erhardt H. Preitauer

Mr. Preitauer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CareSource. Prior to joining CareSource, he led Horizon New Jersey Health, the state’s largest Medicaid plan as CEO. His career includes leadership positions with a number of prominent health care organizations including Aetna, WellCare Health Plans, and UnitedHealth Group.

Linda Willett

Linda A. Willett

Ms. Willett has extensive experience in the health care insurance, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products sectors of business. Most recently, Ms. Willett was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield in New Jersey. She has also served as a Partner of Sedgwick LLP, as well as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Bristol-Myers Squibb. Ms. Willett has served on numerous Board of Directors including the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey, Liberty Science Center, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Women’s Forum of New York, and Legal Momentum (Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund).

Andy Winns

Anthony L. (Andy) Winns

Before serving on the CareSource Board of Directors, Mr. Winns led business development and coordinated the corporate strategy for Lockheed Martin international programs throughout Africa and Latin America. He served 32 years in the United States Navy where he rose to the rank of Vice Admiral before retiring in 2011. He also served as commanding officer of several major commands, including the Pacific Patrol/Reconnaissance task force, the USS Essex, an amphibious assault aircraft carrier, and a naval squadron. Mr. Winns currently serves on the Boards of the United States Naval Academy, Navy Mutual Aid Association, and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.
