Health – My CareSource
After you log in to your My CareSource portal account, click the Health tab on the top menu to see a wealth of information just for you. See if you have any appointments coming up or if you need any preventive care or screenings and other important alerts.
The Health page has a link to take the Health Assessment, and links to other tools for your physical and mental health, like myStrength for your emotional and mental health, and MyResources to connect you with local resources for non-health related needs.
