We want you to be ready to renew!
We love that you are a member of CareSource! Medicaid eligibility reviews happen each year. You need to renew to can keep your health coverage.
CareSource cannot renew for you. You must renew through the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Division of Family Resources.
You will get a letter or packet in the mail when it is time to renew. Make sure they have your current address so that you can get this mail on time. Respond to any mail you get from FSSA as soon as you can.
Renew in one of these ways:
- ONLINE: Login to your FSSA Benefits Portal at fssabenefits.in.gov.
- BY MAIL: Fill out the form and mail it back right away to your local Division of Family Resources (DFR).
- IN PERSON: Visit your local your local DFR office. We can give you a ride to the office if you need it.
