Where To Get Care

We want to make sure you have easy access to care from the right provider when you need it.

Used for common illnesses and advice. You will get most of your preventive care from your PMP.Visit with a provider by phone or computer from wherever you are. Primary Medical Provider (PMP)

This is who you choose to be your personal doctor. You will get most of your care from your PMP. Going to the same PMP each time you need care will help them get to know you and your needs. Telehealth

Visit with a provider virtually. There is no extra cost. You don’t need to go to an office for a visit. You can see providers for many illnesses and injuries, common health issues, and screenings. Learn about telehealth options.

Convenience Care Clinics

Clinics are quick and easy when you need care for minor issues or illness. Visit them in some drug and grocery stores for care. Most clinics are open in evenings and on weekends. Most will also take walk-ins. Find clinics using the Find A Doctor tool.

Urgent Care

Go to urgent care when you need more care than your PMP or a clinic can provide. Find the an urgent care near you using the Find A Doctor tool.

Emergency Services

You may need emergency services for things like a miscarriage or pregnancy with vaginal bleeding, severe chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, seizures, uncontrolled bleeding, rape, major burns, or a mental health emergency. Find an ER near you using the Find A Doctor tool.
