Do you need a ride to get care? We can help! Call Member Services at 1-844-607-2829 (TTY: 711) to get a ride. We offer rides to:

• Any provider visit or health care appointment
• Get immunizations like your flu shot
• Your local Women, Infants and Children (WIC) office
• Renew your Medicaid coverage with the State
• A pharmacy after your visit with the doctor (unlimited rides). Or five trips to the pharmacy each month without it being a stop on the way home from a doctor visit.
• A ride to a non-medical appointment if enrolled in CareSource Life Services (12 round trips each year).
• Community and CareSource events

When possible, please schedule your ride two days ahead of your visit. You can get a ride in the same day for urgent trips like:

• When you are discharged from the hospital
• Need to go to an urgent care
• Need to go to your provider for an urgent visit

Let us know in advance if you have any special needs. Examples are if you use a walker or wheelchair, need to meet at a back entrance, or do not have a phone the driver can call. This will help us meet your needs.

Transportation for Food

We also offer 5 round trip visits per month to get food. You can get free rides to and from:

• Grocery stores to pick up orders for curbside pickup.
• Food pantries and food banks.
• Food distribution pickups through churches or other community organizations.
