Make Life More Rewarding

CareSource rewards you and your family for taking an active role in being healthy. Earn rewards for participating in the Babies First®, Kids First, and MyHealth rewards programs.

Babies First®

Getting the proper care when you are pregnant is not just good medicine, it’s rewarding, too! You and your baby can earn up to $200 in rewards through the Babies First program. Simply sign up for the Babies First program and you can start earning rewards.

Here is how you and your baby can earn rewards:

We will send an OTC card to you in the mail after you sign up for Babies First. Rewards are added to your OTC card as you complete healthy activities.

For rewards where you need to see your PMP or other provider, they will send a claim to CareSource. CareSource will add the rewards to your OTC card after we get the claim. If you don’t see the rewards on your card right away, don’t panic. It can take up to 45 days after we get the claim before rewards will be added to your card.

Please Note: CareSource wants to make sure you have what you need for each new baby. Please sign up for Babies First each time you are pregnant.

Kids First

CareSource wants to make sure kids have what they need to live a healthy life. Your child ages 16 months to 18 years old can earn rewards through the Kids First program. Sign your child up for Kids First to start earning rewards.

MyHealth Rewards for Adults

Adults ages 18 and older can earn rewards through the MyHealth program. You can use your rewards to shop on the CareSource Online Store or redeem them for gift cards to your favorite stores. Hoosier Health Wise (HHW) members can earn up to $50* in rewards through the MyHealth program. Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) members with certain health conditions can earn up to $300*.

Both HIP and HHW members can use Journeys®. Journeys can help you track fitness goals, use small step guides to better health, and help you learn about the health topics that matter most to you.

As a CareSource member, you are already signed up for this program! You can use MyHealth and track your reward points by going to the health tab in your My.caresource.com account.

Health Needs Screening (HNS)

CareSource wants you to stay healthy. Using a few questions about your health and lifestyle, CareSource can help your providers coordinate your care. You can even earn a $30 Walmart® Gift Card when you complete the HNS!* You can take the HNS in one of these ways:

  1. Phone: Call 1-833-230-2011 (TTY: 711) Monday – Friday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  2. Online: Log into your secure My.caresource.com account and click on the Health tab.
  3. Mail: Return the copy included in your new member kit.
  4. At Walmart: Watch your mail to learn more.*

*You must complete the HNS within the first 90 days of enrollment to get the gift card.
