 Member Handbook

The member handbook is a quick guide to your plan. You will find all your covered services, learn about added benefits, where to get care, your rights and duties as a member, and much more.

New Member Materials

These are mailed to all new members. They help you learn how to make the most of your benefits. They are mailed with your member ID card. Call Member Services if you did not get these in the mail.

Provider Directory

Our Find a Doctor tool has our full, up-to-date list of network providers. This includes hospitals, specialists, urgent care, pharmacies, and more. We also have a machine-readable Provider Directory.
