CareSource Advantage offers fitness benefits through the Silver&Fit^® Exercise & Healthy Aging program. You can choose from a variety of participating fitness centers across the country, at no additional cost to you. You’ll receive an orientation at the fitness center to learn more about the fitness options available at that location. You can see a list of participating fitness centers by visiting SilverandFit.com.

Or you can stay fit in your own home. The Silver&Fit Home Fitness Program allows you to request up to two home fitness kits each year for members to work out at home. Each kit contains general information and fitness routines you can do in your home.
