Find My Prescriptions

Use the Prescription Search and Drug List sections to verify coverage and check the costs of drugs and some supplies for Humana – CareSource insurance plans.

If you are a member, your plan name is on your member ID card. Members and health partners may be contacted by a pharmacist to discuss medications. We encourage members to talk with their pharmacists about their medications. This can help members to get the best results from the drugs they are taking.

Humana – CareSource uses a formulary or preferred drug list, also called a PDL. These are drugs that we prefer your provider prescribe. Click the Find My Prescriptions link to see what drugs and medical supplies are covered.
