End or Change Membership

We hope you will be happy with Humana – CareSource. If you have questions, problems or concerns about your benefits, please call us so we can answer questions and/or work with you to resolve.

As a member of a managed care plan you have the right to choose to change your membership at certain times of the year. You can choose to change your membership during the first 60 days or your open enrollment period. Once you have made your Fast Track or initial premium payment OR if you failed to make a payment, you have 60 days from that initial invoice date to change your membership.

Your membership will not end until the first day of the following month. If you choose another managed care plan, your new plan will send you information in the mail before your membership starts.

Other times, the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services (KDMS) will send you something in the mail to let you know when your annual open enrollment month happens.
