Review our list of upcoming formulary changes for information about updates that have been made to our plan’s formulary. Members may be required to pay copays or coinsurance for prescription drugs. Copay amounts vary based on plan and medication. Coinsurance is applied for specialty pharmacy and those drugs covered under the member’s medical benefit.
