Find My Prescriptions 

This webpage helps you find out if certain medicines are covered by CareSource.

How to Find Your Prescriptions 

There are three ways to find out if a medicine is covered.

Alphabetical Search

  • Click on the first letter of the name of your medicine. For example, if you want to know if Diovan is covered, you will click on “D.”

  • After doing this, it will take you to a list of all the medicines that begin with the letter “D.” Click on the name of your medicine and the dose to see if it is covered by CareSource.

Brand & Generic Name Search

  • Type in the first four letters of the generic or brand name. For example, if you want to know if Diovan is covered, type in “Diov.”

  • After doing this, it will take you to a list of all of the medicines that begin with those four letters. Click on the name of the medicine and the dose you take to see if it is covered by CareSource.

Therapeutic Class Search

Every drug falls into a group or type of medicine called therapeutic class.

  • You will see a list of all the therapeutic class names. Click on the therapeutic class of your medicine.

  • After doing this, it will take you to a list of all the subclass names. Click on the name of your medicine and the dose you take to see if it is covered by CareSource.

Note:  This search tool is designed to assist you with determining drug coverage. If you have questions, please call 1-800-488-0134 (TTY: 1-800-750-0750 or 711). You may also search the Drugs that Require Prior Authorization List for medications that require prior authorization.
