Safe Sleep
Remember the ABCs of safe sleep.
Alone. Sleeping in the same bed with parents, caregivers, or other children is not recommended.
Back. Put your baby on their back to sleep.
Crib. Babies should sleep in a crib or bassinet covered only with a fitted sheet. Do not have bumper pads, pillows, toys, or extra blankets. Anything other than the fitted sheet can block your baby from breathing.
