What is HAP CareSource JobConnect?

HAP CareSource JobConnect is a workforce development program. It has helped many people to find careers and support. Members are set up with a Life Coach. The Life Coach gives job support, like help finding a job or with interviewing skills.

Employers

Partnering with us allows you to find qualified candidates in little time and at no cost to you. We work with you to know your industry and what skills and qualities you look for in job candidates. We offer:

  • Prescreened candidates. We use a list of qualifications you give us to prescreen candidates who best fit your needs.
  • Better prepared candidates. We work with members to get them ready for the interview with knowledge of your company and expectations of the job.
  • Reduced turnover. Our members want to work. They are looking for long-term employment where they can grow their career.
  • Automatic support structure. All members get a Life Coach who help them succeed in the workplace. The Life Coach is also available to you at no cost for the first 24 months.

You can work with job-ready candidates interested in an active role even if you do not have current job openings.
