Good health requires more than just quality health care. A good job, support, and education or training opportunities impact your health and well-being. We are here for you to help you reach your goals.

You’ll be paired with a Life Coach who can get you ready for success. Life Coaches give one-on-one coaching for up to 24 months. They can link you to services and support for:

  • Finding a full-time job
  • Food assistance
  • Transportation
  • Housing
  • Education or training opportunities
  • Budgeting and finances

You can get a Life Coach if you are a HAP CareSource member at least 14 years old or parent or guardian of a HAP CareSource member.
