Quality Improvement

We want to provide you with the best health care available. Our Quality Improvement Program looks at both the medical and non-medical services you receive. The Program is overseen by doctors, nurses and other people trained in quality. We use measurements to see how well we are doing in providing you quality care. Some of the areas of care we look at are:

  • Preventive health screenings, for example breast cancer screening.
  • How well we help you with handling long-term health conditions, such as diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure.

We also look at how quickly you are able to get an appointment to see your primary care provider (PCP) and make sure you received the right care for your health problem.
