Renew Your Benefits

Don’t Lose Your Coverage

HAP CareSource MI Health Link cares about you. Our mission is to help you stay healthy. To stay a HAP CareSource MI Health Link member, you have to renew your Medicaid benefits with your local Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) office.

The MDHHS sends a renewal form when it is time to renew your Medicaid coverage. If you don’t take action, it could result in the loss of your Medicaid eligibility for health care coverage. Without Medicaid coverage, you will no longer be eligible for HAP CareSource MI Health Link.

Your Next Steps

There are 3 easy steps you need to take to help determine if you still qualify for coverage:

  1. Update your contact information at Michigan.gov/MIBridges.
  2. Check your mail or text messages for a notification letter from MDHHS.
  3. Complete your MDHHS renewal form if you get one.

For help or to update your contact information today:

Visit MI Bridges or contact your local MDHHS office. You can find your nearest MDHHS office at https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhs/inside-mdhhs/county-offices.

If you don’t have a MIBridges account, you will need to create one by selecting “Register.” Once you’re in your own account, make sure to put all of your information in correctly. If you have to go back in and change something, put the changes in both the Profile section and the Report Changes section.
