Sometimes you need care but you can’t see your provider right away. We make it easy to get the right care at the right time.

Get your own Care Manager at no cost to you. They can help you navigate the health care system and learn how to best manage health conditions. You can get even more extra benefits when you take part in care management!
Boys & Girls Club® Membership
We partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Flint, Southeastern Michigan (Detroit, Highland Park, Eastpointe, and Van Buren Township), Lansing, Lenawee, and Troy to cover the membership fee (up to $100) members ages 7-17. Call 1-855-852-7002 or email MIYouthMembership@CareSource.com to let us know you want to sign up. You will need to have your well visit on file to qualify (not a sick visit). We will email or mail your voucher to take to your local club to start your membership.
