HAP CareSource MyKids

For newborns and kids through age 21

  1. Sign up.
    Once your child earns their first reward, a HAP CareSource MyKids Rewards card is mailed to the parent/guardian.
  2. Log in.
    Earn, track, and view rewards.
  3. Complete healthy activities.
    Navigate Learn what activities you can do to earn rewards.
  4. Redeem your rewards.
    Use your rewards card at stores like Dollar General®, Kroger®, Walmart® and more!

MyHealth Rewards

For adults 22 and older

  1. Log in.
    Earn, track and view your rewards balance in MyHealth through CareSource MyLife.
  2. Complete healthy activities.
    Navigate Learn what activities you can do to earn rewards.
  3. Redeem your rewards.
    Get gift cards to your favorite stores like Old Navy®, TJ Maxx®, Walmart® and more!

Rewards are subject to change. Rewards vary by age, gender, and health needs. If you are no longer with HAP CareSource, access to your rewards will be deactivated. Any unused rewards may not be available.
